Sale of physical products.
Orders for physical products that have to be sent by transport agency will be processed and sent within a period of between 2 days and 7 business days maximum. If you choose urgent transportation, the merchandise will be sent within 48 hours and if this is not possible you will be informed.
Bike rent.
-Bike reservations for which availability has not been previously requested will not be accepted.
-For a rental service to be valid, the payment of a deposit or guarantee of 200 euros will be necessary. This guarantee can be paid at the time of placing the order or at most up to 10 days before the start of the rental service. The deposit can be paid through this link: RENTAL DEPOSIT
- RENTAL SERVICE CANCELLATION CONDITIONS: Up to 30 days, 100% refund of the amount paid as a reservation, between 30 and 15 days withholding of 50% of the amount paid, 14 days before the start of the service there will be no refund of the amount paid as a reservation.

Bike transport.
At Bicigrino we act as intermediaries and managers of bicycle transport services through transport companies. We mainly collaborate with SEUR and CORREOS to offer these services. In the case of defects in transportation or claims attributable to the handling of the merchandise by the transport companies, delays in delivery, etc. It will be the responsibility of the transport company and its insurers to resolve the conflict and any possible compensation offered.
It is necessary and essential that the place of shipment of the bicycles is previously coordinated and notified by the clients who contract the transport. If you send a bicycle to a hotel you should coordinate and ask permission from that hotel to receive the bicycle.
*We advise that we will only send our rental bicycles to safe places that are easily accessible to transporters. In case of reservation, please coordinate with the establishment where you ask us to send the bicycles so that transport boxes can arrive to your attention 2 or 3 days in advance of what is indicated as the start date of the rental service.
Only reservations whose delivery location is hotels, hostels, bicycle shops, etc., with easy access and at street level will be accepted. Airbnb type accommodations and private homes are excluded.
